Try Face party, browse the members all around the world for free, but I tend to stay away from the party chat, it's full of slappers trawling for business, sorry that might have been a bit strong, it's used primarily by men and women of a certain persuasion touting for soliciting purposes.

I do know of a few but why would you want to hook up online when there are millions of beautiful girls walking the streets just talk to them and then get to know them a little then ask them to have lunch or dinner or something with you...thats the best totally FREE dating site.

Over the last 20 years I have met several people on line. I don't think there is a "best" site. If you chat, or if you are an active participant on line, you will meet people! It just happens!
You know, I have never really "looked", but have been "found" several times!
