Hi!
The translation would be:
1) Don't you want me to go over there? (if it is a question)
You don't want me to go over there (is it's not a question)
2) Do you want me to go over there tomorrow? (question)
You want me to go over there tomorrow (affirmation).
Now, between you and I, this person has a horrible spelling. The correct spell for "AYA" ("Over there") is "ALLÁ" so... this are the tipe of messages that I would never answer!

2) do you want me to go there (to your place) tomorrow?
Nevertheless there is no indication that any of both are questions or confirmation messages, because in spoken spanish can be written with no difference except for the question mark at the end, which many do not use on their telephones because they follow an immediate conversation.
Between brackets goes a second meaning used in spoken spanish.

First of all, aya should be spelt allá.
So the first is: Don't you want me to go there?
Second one: Do you want me to go there tomorrow?
(With ma}ana replaced by mañana.)
