I'm 15.5'4 and i'm only 88 lbs.I need some advice on how to gain easily.What should i eat,how much calories do i have to put up and how many times a day i should eat.

Eat a balanced diet. If you cram in too much sugar and carbs you will only make your internal system go crazy and get weaker. You need to maintain a sensible pattern of eating but increase the calorie content. That is the key. Eat your maximum number of calories a day; eat them with foods that also give you protein (to build muscle mass which equals more concentrated weight and bulk); eat with three good meals a day; lift some weights to build mass.

See the docter and have a physucal. If your unhealthy he can give a diet and excersice plan.
