We need to stop advertising food on the television every five minutes with ads that make it look like food is a high better than drugs. It's hard not to want to eat something when someone is shoving it in your face during every commercial break.

If we really start to recognize obesity as the addiction it is for many people, we will stop letting the pushers (the fast food companies) entice people so blatantly on the public airwaves and on billboards.

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and effortlessly and based on my experience, weight loss is not so much about what pill you take or what diet you do...

It is more so about what you think and what your attitudes are towards being slim and being fat.

No matter how good a pill or diet.. if a person has a 'fat' mindset.. he or she will gain back all she has lost in a shot while after losing it.

Likewise, someone with a 'slim' mindset will likely stay slim..

I myself did a detox and lost 15kg within 2 months and have helped countless lose about 300kg in total to date. You can read more about my weight loss here:

The most impt thing about my programme is I do not teach people just how to lose weight but also how to maintain as that is always a mindset issue ;)
