I am assuming that you believe this is beyond the normal level of fear that a person has in this regards. With that assumption, there are a lot of things you can do. Get a therapist, get a self-help book on phobias or face your fears and go skydiving (just kidding). A lot of people get over phobias by facing their fears but your case isnt appropriate for that for obvious reasons.
A therapist will teach you about irrational thinking and educate you on what choices you have in regards to what you believe, think or feel. They will show you methods of writing down all your thoughts about it and then go through them one by one and determine if they are real or irrational - it works really well when you tackle those thoughts one by one.
Or you could look up statistics and figure the real odds of something like that happening to you. I am an "odds" person and that got me over the fear of flying. If you are a logical person like me, that may be all you need to know to get over it.

This is not a joke.
You need to follow through on your thoughts about death and dying. Prepare everything you would as if you were going to die. What you will do, wear, whom to tell, what to say, to whom, when, where you will be, how you will be dressed for burial, choosng the casket, etc.... This is useful because once your mind is clear on clearing your 'worry' about being dead, you can have a clear mind for thinking other things.
In fact, this is healthy for anyone to do, and after you have thought through this as if you are making a movie of your own death, you won't be able to stop it from thinking about it. Then, when you're done, you may say, "Well, Im glad I've thought about the way I will die...". When you can say that, without feeling anxious, you have passed a very important test of being able to deal with any kind of problems for real.
Pls dont do all at once, though, do it in parts, and document it, so that you may go back to read it again (without feeling anxious), you may even change your story, etc...

HAVE FAITH. When its your time to go it will be your time to go. You will not know when it is and how it will be.
You should live each day as if it was your last. Enjoy life and the people around you. If you have faith and believe in heaven, you should be looking forward to going there someday (it will be a bigger and better place with no suffering.)
Keep your mind active with more important things that matter than dying. People can die from worrying so stop worrying before you kill yourself :)

By realizing that one day you will die but just not now and who knows when? Worry does you no good in this realm because it doesn't help your life nor can it prepare you for death. We will all die one day, that's a fact, but you need to believe in Life Before Death.

i will give u a feel-good trick - go to a hospital every morning or evening - see the misery of the unfortunate people stricken with various illnesses - compare ur status with them - TODAY you are hale and hearty, ain't u? try to befriend a hypochondriac and spend some time with him/her. i am sure this therapy will help u cure your worry about life and death. if still not satisfied, try to jump out of a first floor terrace - you may not die but will cure you of your obsession with death while your limbs are in plaster and u have enough time to ponder over this age-old question. there,

By realizing that if you don't stop worrying about it, you will cause it to happen a lot sooner than it would have happened!! There is absolutely nothing you can do when your time is up, so enjoy your life until then. I, personally, believe there is a life after death that is a whole lot better than this one!

Do you worry that the sun will rise tomorrow? Why worry about what you have no control over and is inevitable? Enjoy today as if tomorrow you may not be here. That's the best way to live even if you live another 90 years.

You will and that is a fact. Unless you get killed in an accident or murdered in a criminal act. Seek help with your doctor and they will put you in touch with someone that will help you. Life is too short to be thinking about it's end. Live for today, prepare for tomorrow and take what comes. Enjoy today, No one knows what tomorrow will bring so don't dwell on the unknown, only on what you know and what you have control over.

worrying about being ill and dying will only cause you stress, and if you get too stressed that can complicate things. try and look on the bright side of life, think of something that made you feel good
in the past then when you start to worry again think of that happy memory. it really works .........honest. good luck and happy thinking.
