Did you know that you can download & print an owners manual FREE ?
I highly recommend that you do this. Not only will you be able to view the clock setting instructions, but all of your future questions regarding the care & operating of your vehicle will be answered.

Here's how:
go to http://fordvehicles.com
click the "owners" tab
pick "genuine Ford parts & service" from the pull down menu.
Choose "Glove Box Manuals" , located in the lower right of the page.

It is very hard for me to answer your question without having a visual of which clock/radio you have.....

I hope you will take my advice & that way you will have the CORRECT answer to this question (and also many other future Q's) about your truck.

If you don't have a menu button look for one called "clk" for clock. You must hold this button in while you use the search and scan buttons to move the display. Don't know about 2003 but this was the way it was done in 2001.
