Hi!
I don't know the name of the song....
But It's in English (you probably knew that already) and it sings about saying goodbye to a friend and love.
It goes someting like this:
I say goodbye my old friend...
I say goodbye sweet old friend I love you still...
That nobody knows... only that we know...
That's how much I got.
It seems like an original song from the one that sings it. I mean that is not a cover song from another artist. It seems to be the composer singing, because of the recording quality and the backgroubd noise.
Is very pretty!
