That's actually a pretty common sexual fetish.
A lot of men are turned on by the sight of a woman who badly needs to pee, but cannot find and/or isn't allowed to use a bathroom.
Since this fetish is taboo, a lot of men will not admit that they are turned on by this - but a lot more guys share your fetish than you might think.
Like those guys who refuse to let their wife/girlfriend make a bathroom stop on a long trip because "she takes too long" or guys who rush their woman out of a movie theater, bar or club before she gets to use the ladies room.
There are a few women who are turned on by being forced to hold their pee.
Those women would gladly hold their pee for you (and let you watch them squirm, fidget, do the pee pee dance, moan, cry and otherwise act stressed out because they have to pee and they can't)
There are other women who, while not turned on by being forced to hold their urine, would be willing to hold it in for you if they were in a relationship with you, because they are very submissive.
However, most women find being forced to hold their urine a very physically uncomfortable and psychologically distressing event.
These women will not willingly hold their pee for you, and will get angry at you if you don't let them pee.
It's possible to "trick" them into holding their pee (take them on a long car trip and refuse to make bathroom stops, take them out on a small boat with no toilet and refuse to go to shore when they need a bathroom).
That's rather sadistic and unethical. You shouldn't deny an unwilling woman an opportunity to use a bathroom - especially if it's a woman you're in a relationship with.
It's also possible to get yourself in situations where there will likely be women who need to pee but can't
For example, you can go to outdoor concerts or events where there are many people, but no toilets,
Or, you can hang out near nightclubs when they close for the evening (often women don't get to use the ladies room before the club closes, and have nowhere to go to the bathroom because everything is closed that late at night).
Best bet, go on the internet, look at "watersports desperation" websites, and try and get in contact with women who like being forced to hold their pee.

I would guess this is not normal. Not sure how many out there get the same out of it that you do but I can't think many.
If you slightly bend the meaning of what you say you would see that what turns you on is the discomfort these women are in and that is what turns you on. That is not good at all and if that plays any part of it you need to get help.
If just knowing her discomfort comes from a place you would love to see and that turns you on well........
But not many of us translate a woman's discomfort in anything to a be turn on. In fact just the opposite. Some of us will stand guard over the men's room to allow her to use it.
