Not believing in God is not a crime unless you are born to a certain religious belief.

Its a matter of choice. Just try to understand the consequence of the absence of faith.

No because disbelief is the logical default whichever way believers want to twist it. Believing in God is unorthodox because of the lack of evidence for God's existence.
