Can plants photosynthesize from sunlight that passes through a window? Can plants photosynthesize from light from a normal lamp?

No. The short wave ultraviolet is blocked by glass (I'm assuming the window is not open). For the second & third parts of your question, Yes, and No. The wavelengths needed for photosynthesis do pass through glass; and wavelengths necessary for photosynthesis are absent from normal artificial light.

no, because even if shortwave UV actually reached our planet(it is blocked by ozone even responsible for creation of ozone), it would be blocked by the glass.

yes they can photosyntisise from light passing through a window...
depends on the type of artifical light you are considering "normal".

yess...pl can psynthsise from monochromatic light too..though the rate wud be less//
