Gum chewing is basically harmless unless you do it to excess (like chewing a wad all day). It can cause your teeth to decay unless it's sugarless but it can also wear down your teeth from the constant chewing. It also causes air to be swallowed which in turn causes gas to be produced in the intestianl tract. It won't affect the shape of your face.

Yes. You see, your teeth and jaw were not made to chew. Doing so turns your face into an alien shape.
