An Image of what?
A ghost image? You'll need norton ghost. Make a ghost image and just burn the .GHO file to the CD.
A Picture image? Just burn the files. If you have XP, you can do it with the operating system.

you need first to scan the image if it is in hard copy , imposed to the drive u need to save or browse from wherever the image is and download the same to your CDs

You can either buy a special printer to print directly on them or buy labels you can print on from a normal printer.
