I'm twenty, but I feel like I'm fifty. Growing up too quick in a physical sense gave me arthritis in my left knee, my wrists and my fingers. Something somewhere along the way screwed up my back, and it probably doesn't help that I still listen to 3 Dog Night, Al Green, The Shirelles, The Drifters, and Elton John instead of all the crap most kids my age are listening to. But that's just how I raised myself....

Well let's see. Right now I feel very old and tired. I'm 57 and a retired high school teacher. While i was teaching i stayed young, being around the kids and all. My back problems have taken a tole on me lately and makes it hard to enjoy life as I once did. Medication makes me feel better but all the idiots that deal in drugs makes it rough on "us old people" to get the drugs we need. The doctors are afraid to give us The Medication that will help with pain as some will abuse it and others sell it. I feel like a criminal some times when I ask my doctor to give me something for the pain. I have a young mind and a vivid imagination, and substitute teach most days, You say you are 34, well do things now that you want to and don't wait. I feel 18 some times but when I start to act that age , the body says no way. Enjoy life today as if it was your last day on earth and when you get to be 57 you can look back like I do and say YES I have enjoyed life and did what I wanted to do.

I'm 60 and act like I'm still in my 30's also, but boy some days I feel 60. Enjoy the age you are and acting young if you can does keep you younger as does your mentality.

I'm 52 and feel like 92. Aches, pains and pulmonary problems have made daily living difficult. I'm sharp as a tack, so my physical limitations are compensated by my mental facilities. Which do I prefer? I'd always choose intelligence over physical prowess.

I am 42 and "feel" like I am in my 30's. I also look younger than I am. Sometimes, I physically feel my age though (all those aches and pains!). LOL

I'm thirteen sometimes i feel older and sometimes i feel younger.I know i look young becuase i short for my age. It all depends on the day i'm having. I have to be older sometimes to take care of my two brothers.
