According to the body mass index, somewhere inbetween 110 and 120. The percentage body fat would be around 22. But it really depends on how your body is. By that I mean are your bones dense? How big is your frame? Do you have a slender frame or bigger one. Do you have more muscle mass then fat? It all really depends. If you have a small framee I would say you are supose to weight maybe between 100-110. and if you have a big frame 110-120. And it also depends on your age.

Um..hun I'm 5'2", 113 lbs and 23 years old. And I know I'm not fat and I have about 40 pounds on you. It's normal to be insecure at your (or any) age! Especially with all the images of what we should look like that the media shoves down our throats Turn off the MTV/VH1 and go outside and hang out with your friends. Enjoy being 13, you'll have plenty of time to worry about being fat later!!!

Reduce your current stress. Your stress hormone cortisol could be activated by extremely low-calorie diets, intense training, lack of sleep and day-to-day worries, which ends up with a spike in glucose levels within your blood. More worryingly, it can give rise to blocked arteries and fat build up around your internal organs, putting you susceptible to diabetes and heart disease. The sole prescription for this is to… hang out.

Always start your meal which has a salad. It'll fill you upwards, making you eat less on the actual meal, and it's means fewer calories than typical deep-fried or maybe cheesy apps.

generally a rule of thumb for a slim ideal weight is 100 pounds for every 5 ft and 5 pounds for every inch after, so someone whose 5'1'' ideal weight would be around 105 pounds, im 5'1'' and im about 110.. i'd say check with your doctor if you're really worried about it though!
