SPC, there are a number of organizations you can find that will send you care packages if you give them you raddress as opposed to begging in public.

http://www.treatsfortroops.com/
http://www.anysoldier.com/
http://www.operationwecare.com/
http://www.opgratitude.com/
http://www.americasupportsyou.mil/

To list a very few. Please gather your dignity and remember you represent more than yourself when you are wearing that uniform.

To those of you reading this, instead of singling out one soldier to send gifts to, please consider supporting these organizations and spread your support and generosity.

Or, if you wish to support othe organizations that do tangible service work for troops every single day, consider buying stock in Haliiburton, KBR, DHL, Hessco, Conrack....

Even though I am not an American citizen, I do appreciate the soldiers' sacrifice.
Your government might have made the wrong decision, but the soldiers who are serving in Iraq have nothing to do with that. They are there, giving their time, life, and missing the warmth of their families. So why should you all not just show appreciation to them? Support THE SOLDIERS in any way you can...
In my country, for example, we not always agree to our government's decisions, but our soldiers are part of the people, not the decision-making people.... so we do appreciate them very much, we feel pain every time one soldier is killed in combat, we feel sad everything one soldier is kidnapped by the terrorists (there were 3 of our soldiers kidnapped by Hezbollah and the PA recently, and there is another one being held for more than 20 years by the Hezbollah)
so...
in conclusion
SUPPORT the troops, even though you don't support the decisions of your government.....

Hey SPC,
You should go to anysoldier.com for this kind of thing. Get your PSG to sign you and your platoon up. You may not of meant it, but you are giving the appearence that you are selfish and greedy for by asking people to send stuff to you. Also be aware, by giving your address out publicly like this, someone could take advantage and send something dangerous or illegal to you.

Give a list of some of the things you need or want will do our best. My son was in Iraq - he loved care packages and letters.
Just knowing someone cared or thought of him. Can't understand what is going on but it might help knowing someone is thinking of you.

If you want send me an email - I accept them thru my profile page.

God bless and stay safe.

I support our troops, I just don't support the president and his choice of military action to send them into. God Bless the Troops!

I hear that the controllers for the Playstaions and XBoxes keep getting sand in them, and ruing them. This true?

America wouldn't exist if not for our Military; we owe everything to you guys.
