Generally speaking you should plan for 1.25 pounds of turkey per person. That means that you would need a 10 pound turkey, however if you want some leftovers I would get a 12-14 pounder, depending on how many leftovers you want.

A 4 pound turkey breast works nicely for two....And you should get a few days worth of sandwiches out of it.

17 to 20 lbs. should be good enough but you can ask the person in the meats but you should be getting it soon. We have a great ucrops near us and it is so nice they cook it for you and we pick it up every year it is the best. They must cook it in gravy or something

You can always try the calculator at butterball
http://www.butterball.com/en/main_canvas.jsp?includePage=prep_calculator.jsp&t=Turkey%20Calculator&s0=plan_n_prep&s1=plan

It will give you an idea of how much turkey and stuffing and then go to
http://www.butterball.com/en/main_canvas.jsp?includePage=roasting_perfection.jsp&t=Roasting%20to%20Perfection&s0=plan_n_prep&s1=guide

for an idea of how long to cook.
