Winter eye itching is due to the drop in air humidity. Air becomes dryer and it causes dryness in skin and /or the eyes and the mucous membrane. Try using ordinary eye drops i.e. visine or saline solution. For the skin, lotion in a plenty. And don't forget to drink plenty of water.
