Basically this girl IM eachother all day every day, sometimes she starts flirting, sometimes we're just talking. She's 22 and i'm 30 and newly divorced....we don't work in the same part of the Company, but why would she not anwer me when I invited her out? Is she interested or not?

She may be just trying to figure you out before you two go to the next level and go out somewhere together, you are coworkers and maybe she's had a bad experience dating a coworker before, just give her some time before you ask her again.

It seems like she likes being your friend and nothing more. If she didn't answer it's probably because she didn't want to hurt your feelings with a no. Flirting can be confusing but a lot of girls do it for fun or attention and not necessarily affection. You could confront her about the question and let her know your OK if it's not the right time. Or you can awkwardly pretend that you never asked. Either way good luck.

well first of all your emailing her at work which could cause a problem if your company checks on emails.
She is prolly gun shy since she is newly divorced. stay friends and ask again next month. Remember she messed up once. .you don't want to be the rebound.

I believe she just shy to tell you that she also wanted that. But are you sure you like girl younger than you?Just before making more serious moves see her true self, her motives, her attitudes, personally, in a right way and right place.That is the way for you to check if she could be your second wife.Hope I somehow help you.Thats all.

She may be just having fun flirting which means she likes you and is attracted to you, but she just might not want to date you. Perhaps she feels the age difference is too great. Ask her about it!

she likes you, but not as dating material. She did not want to hurt your feelings. If she changes her mind, she will ask you, do not ask her again.
