as long as your trespassing neighbors boyfriend attacked your husband first he should have no worries but as suggested by others press charges on this guy for trespassing disturbing the peace on drugs /alcohol in public disorderly conduct /assault you should be able to charge him with one or more of these charges maybe others as well but if you say this took place Saturday a.m. if you mean the 11/18/06 don't procrastinate as you are limited on the time you have to do these things good luck

Not as it went done but you should call the Police and have a report filed. That could possibly save you grief down the road. Better to get your side of the story out first. As long as your husband was defending himself and didnt actively hold the guy down and beat the crap out of him causing all of those injuries he should be fine.

I would say no because he was trespassing and a danger to you and your husband. Your husband was protecting himself and his family. The dude was apparently messed up and out of control. If you really want to know, call the police station and get an update. I would say that it is very unlikely you will have any problems.

Your husband was assaulted first. He has the right to protect himself even if it wasn't on his own property.

sYes and no. If this guy get a slick lawyer . he'll probably sew you. if you had him locked up ,and he sews you if you drop the charges he'll drop the suit. its all about what the lawyer type end up doing behind closed doors
