cut yourself off of fatty foods, exercise i mean run everyday for about 40 minutes. it worked for me, after a week i lost 5 lbs. after 2 weeks i lost 11 lbs. cheapest way to lose weight, not like them expensive diet pills. get yourself motivated, and get out there buddy.

I go through phases where i want to lose a little weight or just de-bloat my stomach and i swear by chinese tea for a quick fix. Its called great impression weight reducing tea and u have one in the morning or last thing at night as when u start using it it can slightly change your toilet habit if u get my drift!
i always feel bloated if have lot of carbs but this really helps.
I personally cant give up bread but will make sure i dont deprive myself and eat it in morning or early lunch. Same with pasta, as my partner really likes me to make bacon, tomato, chilli & garlic sauce with pasta (make all your sauces fresh and grill the meat), i will half most my pasta portion and substitute it with broccoli. If you cut everything out you will most likely fail.
Team with a bit of exercise and presto!!!

The chinese tea can be found on websites for around £8.00 per box (20 sachets), www.chineseherb.co.uk, and also in chinese health shops however i just went to the local china town and went in the supermarket there and it was half the price!!!

Actually i know a really good way to lose weight quickly if you are going somewhere/ special occasion. My two friends tried this and it worked. Its called the Mayple Syrup Diet...the one Beyonce Knowles went on. My friend lost weight in a week1 However once you leave the diet you put weight back on. But its good for quick fix!

Its all depends how fast you need to lose weight.
There two main ways:
Healthy & unhealthy.
I will start with unhelthy one. If you need to lose weight in a day you need to stop eating completely and just drink water all day. Ideally you can lose up 2KGs (4 pounds). But you need to make sure that u keep yourself warm.
Diet for Maximum of 1 day
Another way is yo eat half of what you normally eat. In one week you can lose up to 3kgs(6 pounds).
Diet for up to 1 month (if you feeling ok)
Now lets look at the health ways.
Replace all of your food with apples, oranges, youghurts etc. Completely cut off bred, sweets or any fat stuff. In one month you can lose up to 7-8kgs (16 lbs). Eat some vitamins.
Diet up to 3 months
My Favorite way is to run at least 2 times a week, eat 3/4 of your food. Have 4-6 DARK chocolate squares every 2nd day. Don't put sugar in your tea, eat fruits & vegetables. Never say "I am so tired" trying to convince yourself when you not. Stick to quote "You are is what you eat". Dance everywhere you can, keep moving. Don't say NO when you want something but have it in small amounts.
Diet time - Until next celebration :]
Ideally don't eat after 6h before you go to bed & eat something light.
Most important to keep the effect you must be active in your life.

There is no sure fire method with which one can lose weight quickly. Losing weight has to be done methodically and systematically under the guidance of a nutritionist/fitness therapist and your physician.
There are NO shortcuts to losing weight. If only there was! Sigh!
