I'd beat up a couple of eggs with a big soup spoonful of cream... add salt + pepper and cook for about 15 seconds in the microwave... it all depends on the size of the eggs... try by trial & error...

Scrambled eggs in the microwave tastes a little different but this is how you make it:
Crack eggs in a microwave-able bowl
Scramble or beat it with a fork
Add salt & pepper (optional)
Add any seasoning you want to it (optional)
Put it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds (depends how many eggs are in there)
Leave it for a few seconds to cool a little
DIG IN!

We had to use a microwave only for about 5 months while a special stove we ordered was on back order. I learned to make them really well! Take the desired amount of eggs, crack them in a pyrex measuring cup if you have one (use a large bowl otherwise), beat them to frothy, add a touch of milk, season with salt and pepper to desired taste, and a tablespoon of butter or so(to taste or if you can afford it healthwise, use as much as you like)..put them in the microwave for 3minutes. Every 45 seconds or so, stop the microwave and re beat them. take out before they get super stiff..and put a little more butter on them. They will taste better than if you made them on the stove..promise!

I think that eggs prepared in a microwave oven won't taste like scrambled.
so don't try it

Scramble them as usual, spary a plate or bowl with Pam (so it doesn't stick). Microwaves differ in temp so a little trial and error will get it right. I use 1 minute but you are better off under cooking it, check it, add some more time if needed.

beat the egg in bowl, season w/ salt and pepper, add some milk or sour cream, and a little butter... transfer the mixture into a plate(microwaveable of course)... then cook it in your oven for about 2 mins...

Take a glass bowl and break a couple of eggs into it, season them and put just a bit of butter in to help avoid sticking, stir it all up and microwave for two to three minutes, keeping and eye on them and stir occasioanlly. I just learned this and it works great.

We did now not attempt popping popcorn till - we replaced our microwave years later. Low and behold it got here with a popcorn button. Been popping it interior the microwave because of the fact that day forward. Yum!! It does wonders with warm canines and baked potatoes. Makes reliable fudge too. i do now not be conscious of why - yet i'm nevertheless somewhat leary approximately - how risk-free are we - utilising microwaves - somewhat? We nevertheless use it - nevertheless ask your self? DeeJay.
