If you are losing weight, you are ahead of the game. Huge losses like those on the show just set you up for disappointed and rapid regaining of the weight. My doctor says that one pound a week is the limit to take it off and keep it off. If you are accomplishing that, you are doing great!

The Biggest Loser diet is the same as Kimkins. It's non-fatty low carb. Kimkins members often lose 5% of their total body weight the first week.
I lost 160 lb in 7 months and 198 lb in 1 year. That was 5 years ago. We recommend new members start with the Kimmer Experiment to jumpstart weight loss.
Fast weight loss stays off if a person permanently changes their food choices. If not, the weight comes back. This happens on any diet which is why people rejoin Weight Watchers so many times.
Keep in mind that part of the Biggest Loser 10-20 lbs a week that they lose includes 4 hours of intense exercise a day. Per Jillian (trainer last season), they do 1 hour of cardio in the morning, before lunch, afternoon and evening. Plus 4 hours of cardio is 1 hour of strength training.
Kimkins works without the exercise (thank heavens!)

Hi! You can check this discussion board... http://www.liquiddietdiscussion.com to get information the the New Lifestyle Diet. This diet is supposed to be the same type of diet as the one they follow on The Biggest Loser. I like this site because they are not trying to sell you something, or push you towards one diet as opposed to another. These are REAL people with they're REAL stories....Successes...AND failures... Nobody's sugarcoating anything! Dieting can be hard at times...but if you stick with it, you will obtain the results you seek! The boards here are not just about the New Lifestyle Diet. There are other diets listed, such as Medifast, Optifast, Slimfast, Atkins.....etc. The reason I decided to look into the New Lifestyle Diet was reading real people's blogs, and messages regarding their success with this amazing diet. I was able to obtain FREE samples of their foods/shakes/pudding/bars by emailing the site administrator. They are full size packets, and you can try them to see if the diet would be for you. Take a look for yourself. Read member's comments, track their weight loss, and see if that's something for you! I ultimately went with Medifast (soy based as opposed to New Lifestyle's milk based foods) as a result of finding this board last month. In four weeks, I lost 17 pounds! Good luck with whatever it is you choose!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

honey if you have to change your diet radically then you may not be able to sustain this diet.
before you begin, cut out sugar from beverages, and diet.
cut out brown meat and white bread.
and substitute a glass of water for half the amount of dinner you would normally have.
drink every 2 hours and sip constantly throughout the day.
if you manage this for two weeks then the diet will work.
usually reducing your weight by 3-5 pounds weekly
