Try looking for beef aspic in a can. It is jellied beef broth. You could also try the double strength beef consomme made by Campbell's and add some unflavored gelatin to make it set up. The best flavor will come from the roasted joint, however, because it contains the caramelized juices from the meat and fat and bone that just simply can't be gotten any other way.

You're supposed to use it on its own - not with butter as well! If you MUST have the fat content, then use the fat that's come from the meat. That way it's simply known as "Dripping on toast" as I'm sure you know
P.S; - save some for me please !

I really don't think this is called jelly. This is called beef stock .This is the broth to make beef soup. And no you can't buy this in the store;unless this is something that just came out.Maybe This could be something you could invent.I'm quite sure if you like it someone else would. Not ME!!!!
