FATTY FOOD is bad. But what you are doing goes even further. When you broil, you are heating sugar without water, the aldehyde groups of sugar reacts with amine functionality of amino acid of protein and uiltimately produces AGEs (advanced glycated end products). It is now known that some of these AGES breaks down in body and are quite toxic and give diseases like for e.g. diabetes. It is possible that they affect liver too.

There is just too much said by informed, and uninformed people alike about what people eat,so I'll say my piece and move on. The quality of what we eat is more satisfying, than the quantity, and everything in moderation is ok, according to taste When a person says they are vegetarians, fine , but don't try to convert everyone. When they overcook their veggies they lose all benefit, so they are not so smart anyhow.Basically we have the same plumbing, but we differ in what we can tolerate, We have different skills and God given talents, so who's to say how the energy must be generated. Fatty foods works for me, but I combine it with veggies cooked grandma's way, and learned to like every food, and can't uderstand the fussy eater. Yes it's good, but too much is bad. One exception to something too much, can be love, ok maybe sex also.

chittlin's are wonderful, but you'll end up with a heart attack , if you eat too much. Pills and alcohol, and other "vices", will kill your liver. (and don't forget your kidneys........if your kidneys start shutting down, it's not good.)
