The best steak .....go to the market or the butcher and get a well marbled ny sirloin....put salt and pepper on it and grill it until done to your likeness....Make sure that you char the outside (both sides) and then turn the grill down so it cooks appropirately in the center....do not use a fork to turn the meat..use tongs so you don't poke the steak as the juices will run out.....let the steak "rest" for a few minutes before cutting into it....enjoy!

Marinate steak in red wine, soya sauce, and crushed garlic (place in plastic freezer bag). Let marinate for as long as possible - up to 24 hours - then grill over high heat until medium rare, a couple of minutes per side. Let rest for 7-8 minutes before cutting steak.

Simple, make sure you have a great cut of meat for starters.. Salt both sides, that helps seal in the juices, along with fresh ground pepper. Next I would suggest lighting the grill and letting the coals get good and hot, sear both sides of your steak to lock in flavor and juices, cook to your desired taste. I like mine rare...

You can never go wrong with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. I also love a little red wine/olive oil basting.
