this has been happing to me all day, it's uncomfortable and i just want to know if i should be concerned? whats wrong or going on with my heart beat?

It depends. I have the same thing and my doc said no worries. It is palpatations and can be caused by stress, or caffeine. But....you have to see a doc to be sure because it can be serious - just not always.

see a doc you may have one of several different types of arrhythmias, and you need to make sure yours is not life threatening.

Arrhythmias can be brought on by stress, drugs, congenital, or acquired disease. Of course, it does not mean you are gonna die, but only a heart doctor can diagnose your condition.

If you feel your pulse, and can feel abnormal beats, such as extra or out of place, then it is important to make sure you are properly taken care of by a heart doctor.

palpitations can be symptoms of anxiety. Try to relax, and cut back on caffeine and coffee. See a doctor as soon as you can

if you do feel discomfort then it is probably a wise decision to seek medical advice from a doctor. usually a person can detect their own illness

These are palpitations. They have several causes. See your doctor.
