Ok,Susan had sex with Tom,Tom is married to Wendy.Wendy is also cheating and having sex with Dave.Dave is also cheating on his wife,with Rick.Rick is a Gay Man Whore,who is currently having sex with 5 different men,which the 5 different men also have sex partners who are cheating and/or married.All which are not HIV positive.Tom on the other hand knows he is HIV positive which he gave to Susan.Now I could go on about who which and what.But if you do the math,there maybe up to 300 people infected with HIV from this circle of SEX and LIES.So if anyone was to prosecuted for the Deaths and/or Murder of nearly 300 people or more,who is at fault?

If they were all unmarried and having unprotected sex, each and every individual would be responsible. The only person responsible for themselves is themselves. If an unknowing spouse received it from a unfaithful spouse, it would be the cheating spouse. In a real world marriage, should be trusting, honest and faithful.

The person who knows. Tom is at blame, everyone else is a victim unless he has told them up front. If he has there is no liability because the person has made a decision with full knowledge. Unfortunately all the people that Tom has infected without telling them who have in turn infected others, they are ALL victims. But Tom would only be responsible for the people who he slept with therefore we have 290 people who will die because of the wrong roll of the die...

they are to blame for unprotected sex, but the person who didnt tell their partner that they are hiv positive is at fault the most
