Very very skinny, the human skeleton itself is supposed to weigh 90 pounds itself. Your daughter is dangerously unhealthy and skinny. Try feeding her a bit more, at least get her up to where she isn't dangerously close to passing out and dying.

She may be a bit over weight. There are tons of sites to help you help her with her weight. But here are a few ideas from me:
Increase dairy
Make sure she has a meal made from eggs.:
Blintz bake, quease omelet.
Make sure she gets at least 40 grams of protein a day.
Slowly try to cut down the junk food but don't make it a punishment. Try and find some healthy food (fruit, veggies and dip) that she'll like and you can substitute for the junk food.
Good luck.
This is from the second site but remember it's just an average.

Seriously? Are you the Mom? You sound more like a kid looking for attention. Why do you care what people here think is fat or skinny? Are those the values you are instilling in your daughter, to worry about what perfect strangers think of her appearence? Lovely, Mommy dear. If you have concerns, check with her pediatrician. And go to your Dr and see if they can give you a lobotomy while you are at it, otherwise she is going to grow up with eating disorders and emotional issues.

Make up your mind about your measuring system. 134 cms is 4ft 10 inch. 31.8 kg is 70 lb. She is ten she is about normal. You can look up BMI but children wiegh less than adults of course - as it should be.

Your daughter is skinny. Her BMI or body mass index (how much fat she has) is 17.7. Look at the rates:
BMI Categories:
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
