Peta's recipe site is good, even though the petas are insane-
http://www.vegcooking.com
And Vegetarian Times Magazine has lots of amazing recipes-
http://www.vegetariantimes.com
Almost all of peta's recipes are vegan, however. VT, on the other hand has everything from vegan to recipes that have eggs but no dairy, dairy but no eggs, and both. They also have everything from fast and easy to all-day cooking, and everything from healthy as hell to freaking decadent.

I think I usually go to www.vegweb.com. They have a lot of recipes. epicurious.com has a search for the main ingredient and you can choose the vegetarian option with that ingredient and what meal.
