Melon Punch
6 servings,3 cups
4 cups cubed melon (cantaloupe, honeydew or seedless watermelon)
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
ice cubes
fresh mint sprigs, optional
1. In a food processor or blender, place half of melon cubes and orange juice; cover and process until smooth.
2. Strain into a pitcher.
3. In a food processor or blender, place remaining melon, water and sugar; cover and process until smooth.
4. Strain into first mixture.
5. Stir until combined.
6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

Margarita Punch

Ingredients
6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
6 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups crushed ice
1 liter carbonated lemon-lime beverage
2 thinly sliced limes
Directions
Combine the concentrates, powdered sugar, and crushed ice in a large freezer proof container.
Cover tightly and freeze for at least one hour (or for many days depending on how early you're planning ahead).
Place the frozen mixture into a large punch bowl.
Slowly pour in the soda and add the lime and/or lemon slices.
Serve in chilled (salt rimmed optional) glasses.

Luscious Slush Punch by: Valerie
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups white sugar
6 cups water
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored gelatin mix
1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 quart orange juice
2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 separate containers.
2. When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in 1 bottle of lemon-lime soda until slushy.

Green Sherbet Punch
Serves: 6-8
4-5 large scoops lime sherbet
2 liters lemon-lime soda
2-3 cups ice
1 lime - sliced, for garnish
-Place scoops of sherbet in a punch bowl; pour ice over top.
-Slowly pour ginger ale down the sides of the punch bowl.
-Gently swirl the bowl to mix.
-Lay lime slices on top.

The sherbet one is good. Freeze a can of pineapple juice, put it in the punch bowl,take pineapple sherbet-put chunks of it by the frozen juice--pour cold lemon-lime soda over the sherbet---slowly.the drink will be foamy and great.You can use any flavor sherbet--I like white punch---NO STAINS....
