No condom is 100%. They are 97-99% effective. Some condoms may have pinholes from the manufacturer tha were not detected.
They can break, tear, slip off or unknowingly be taken off during sex.
Go to your pubilc health services and family planning, they will give you the best. The femal condom is also very effective.

As long as it doesn't break, develope a pinhole, or slip off they
are very effective.
The ones with a tip to collect the semen are the best IMHO.
the ones without can cause extreme discomfort to the male.
Back years ago the best ones were made from sheep intestines.
but I don;'t think they make them anymore.
