Can herpes be a small single pimple, that was squeezed when first noticed and clear fluid came out?

Herpes presents as a blister or vesicle, that would ooze clear fluid when scratched. It scabs over in a few days. It is very itchy, and burns if touched.

no...herpes are blisters.
