early morning sickness!?

when i walk early in the morning on the road and its really chilling out...my nose starts hurting, it goes till my head and i cant wait to enter any warm place so i can make it stop..does anyone got any idea what is wrong with me or is this some kind of sickness

so Yasmin why exactly are you out on the road on a chilly morning? try to sleep routinely in a warm and cosy bed and see if this still happens to you, good luck
