my dad is 53 years old. he has RCA blocked 100%. Dr. did two times angioplasty in one week, but it was not successful bcoz of thick blood clot. now he is taking medicines, we are not interesting in bypass(bcoz its risky and its only one artery is blocked). angioplasty is done bfor 8 months. Now..How long he can live?

. Blood Supply to Specialized Areas of the Heart
Ventricular septum
Predominantly from the left anterior descending via septals with a small portion (posterior septum) from the posterior descending
Sinus Node
Right coronary artery 55%
Left circumflex main 45%
AV Node
Right coronary artery 90%
Left circumflex artery 10%

From above you can easily see that how much risk is there. Please go for CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass surgery). It si now safe and off pump surgery is really good.
If an artery is fully blocked then Stent (Angioplastery) don't work. At teh age of 53 it is less risky.
I myself has undergone Bypass surgery at an age of 61 on 2nd October 2006, and am now living a quality life.

Complications: Due the death of cardiac muscle, the right lateral wall of the heart may become thin. This may result in the enlargement of the right auricle and right ventricle of the heart. The left side will also be enlarged consequently. Due to the enlargement of the heart (cardiomegaly), the force of pumping will be drastically reduced. Moreover the tricuspid valve will likely to become defective functioning (The valve will touch the ventricular septum due to enlargement) and there is possibility of tricuspid regurgitation of blood. This will result in pedal edema, pulmonary effusion and cardiac asthma leading to congestive right-sided heart failure.
I suggest that he should undergo Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. Off-pump CABG, I mean, the cardiac surgery will be done on beating heart using brachial artery and not vein. Heart-lung machine will not be used but they same will be kept ready in the case of emergency.
Advantages of Off-pump CABG. (1) Red blood cells will not be destroyed by not using Heart-lung machine.(2) Plastic & air bubble will not be got into the blood circulation. (3) Since the peration is conducted in the beating heart, organ failure (Brain, liver and kidney) will not be take place. (4) Hospital stay will be reduced.
I know a similar case with 100% blockage in right coronary artery, 60% blockage in left coronary artery and 90% blockage in left circumflex artery with heart functioning only15%. The Off-pump CABG has been conducted and now he is slowly recovering. Now the heart functions at 35%.
Please note that I am not a medical professional.

You really need to take these questions to the doctor.

You may have valid reasons for refusing the bypass surgery, but unless there are special circumstances, it is not as risky as you seem to think.

Depending on the existing damage to the area of the heart supplied by the block vessel, there may be no point to bypass surgery. Or, depending on the collateral circulation, the area may be adequately supplied even now.

I think your dad should go see a heart surgeon just to hear what he or she has to say. That will put him in a much better position to decide what to do.
