Good question. When I was 19 stone I lost a stone within 2-3 weeks. I did what you are gonna do, but I still had a small portion foe tea, i.e 2 potatoes & a small bit of chicken or fish with fruit & veg. I went on my exercise bike for 20-50 minutes 5 times a week.
By personal experience I would say ignore what the other people are saying about health issues - if you wanna lose weight then you've gotta do that plan.

Hiya, I'd guess upto 10lbs 15 days, after that you will keep loosing weight say 3lbs a week for 3 or 4 weeks then 1-2 lbs a week with the occasional week where your weight stays the same.Just eat sensibly and eat lower cal bread and cut down your rice and potatoes a little.
Make sure you put some little treats and some fruit in there or else you will break your diet faster than you can say 'Cadbury's'
Hope this is ok. P.s. Your avatar looks like she doesn't need to loose any weight!!

That is the WORST idea I have ever heard.
Why would you do that to yourself?
If you really need to lose some inches to fit into a dress or something, and you can afford to lose them, then here's a couple ideas.
Go for one of those seaweed wraps at a spa! They suck a few inches right off you.
Cut out wheat for 2 weeks. And beans, caffeine and processed sugar. This will flatten your tummy massively because all that food causes wind! But still eat a healthy amount of other foods, not just veg.
No harm done by excercising lots if you're feeding your body the right fuel, but watch what you're doing cuz you could very well build muscle and end up bigger!
If you just need to look thinner, have a spray tan and watch your posture.
And if you're already a healthy size, ignore everything I just said! Be healthy and happy.

Actually , you would gain a lot of weight after dieting, because you wouldn't stay on that diet for long. Your metabolism would lower, and you just wouldn't be healthy. I know everyone will say this, but the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a healthy diet with some of your favorite foods, so you will be happy and healthy.
You see, when you are happier, you won't mind being on a healthy diet.
And, consider going on a vegetarian diet. Soy instead of milk, eggs, and meat will be wonderful for your health. Because soy has polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats (which help you lose weight!), you will be very healthy.
For more info, go to goveg.com, and watch 'Meet Your Meat" because that will give you a good idea of what is in a lot of meat.
God Bless!

I think you'd lose about 9 or 10 lbs, dependant on your body fat at present then put on another 3 or 4 once you start eating again and your body gets back in line with it's metabolism.
I also think it would be quite dangerous for your body. There's a reason that you need a varied diet. If only for 15 days it probably wont affect you too badly but you will probably feel quite tired most days and have difficulty concentrating on tasks for long periods of time.

You;ll lose a lot but then you'll end up putting it all straught back on when you start eating again. Faddy diets don't work and they put your health at risk. As soon as you begin eating a half decent amount your body will go into starvation mode and store most of what you eat as fat. Therefore you're digging yourself into a hole and potentially leading to more weight gain and ill health. Don't do it. If you want to lose weight, avoid meat and fish and dairy, concentrate on wholegrains, lentils, beans, nuts, seeds, fruit and veg (a balanced veggie diet basically) Then the weight will fall off naturally and it will stay off.

Eating veg is very healthy, but it doesn't mean you will automatically loose weight. There are plenty of "big" vegetarians around !
To loose weight, all you have to do is take in less calories than you use. A balanced vegetarian diet and regular exercise is a great way to do this, you'll get fitter, rather than just thinner.
And of course it depends on how much food you eat and how much exercise you do.
Good luck.

Why 15 days? Have you left the diet a bit late for an important date?? You'll probably lost about 20 pounds but your metabolism will start slowing down in the 2nd week. Also drink nettle tea to reduce water retention.

Im sure you will lose quite a lot, but it will be muscle tissue you end up losing, you will be likely to be exhausted all the time and dizzy and are likely to suffer from fainting fits after about 5 days. It is dangerous to do this so dont!!! Losing weight is not THE most important thing in life, but being healthy and alive is.

It won't matter when you're dead. Seriously, just eat right and excercise and cutting out meat does help just don't replace meat with cheese or you'll be really fat. Eating should be enjoyable, not a chore. Eat until you're full then stop. Exercise 30 minutes a day or more but don't over do it. And as always, you should check with your doctor before you do anything to drastic. Good Luck!
