Go to you local Library you don't have time to wait for information to come in through the mail. Ask your Dr. if you can interview someone who is on Oxygen I am. I have COPD. I smoked for 32 years and 6 years after I quit I got this decease. Smoking it's just plain not worth it!
I wish I could stop every young person stop before they start. When I started we didn't know the dangers. Of course I did know for many of those 32 years. I had convinced myself that I couldn't stop but when I did make up my mind I quit cold turkey. It was hard but I had my mind made made up. Things would be much worse for me if I were still smoking. I will admit that when I heard that I had COPD I was tempted to smoke a cigarette but I told myself no! I want to live and I am one puff away from a pack a day! Just say NO to cigarettes!

A really good site is www.whyquit.com Scroll down to site #4 - Smoking Kills - Bryans Story - He Wanted You To Know. This is the saddest thing I have ever seen. There are other stories you can check out also on this site. Good Luck!
