Just do what you've been doing throughout your whole pitiful life. Just keep jerking off, but stop your constant eating, you morbidly obese monkey. Make sure to use your left hand also, or else you'll look even more retarded with different sizes of arms... but who knows, maybe having this retardation is an improvement.
