quit in the year of 1976. never smoke since. give the glory all to the Lord.

Yes, successfully nearly 10 years ago. I used the patch, figuring that I could give myself time to get use to the hand to mouth void that I would be experiencing, while dwindling on the nicotine by using the patch. I tried not to "shock" myself into it and tried a method that I thought could work. It did. In January, it will be 10 years. Not always easy, but I never once touched another cigarette. Good luck to you if you are trying to quit.

yes many times . the best success i have had is with a drug called zyban or wellbutrin. taking that drug left me without the urge to smoke at all even if i had a pack of smokes right there.
i am sorry to say that one excuse after another i am back smoking

i havent tried smoking, but if you want to quit smoking , try using candies whenever you need to smoke

no, but my teacher has. He said everytime he craved a cigarette, he took a straw and bit on it.
