It could be PSYCHOLOGICAL. If the doctors say you are healthy then you probably are.

It could be you are suffering from anxiety attacks. I used to get those and it felt like I couldn't breath and my heart would start to pound like i was having a heart attack. Once I figured out what was causing it (my ex husband) and got rid of the problem I was fine. Every once in a while I still get them but only when I am under severe stress..
Hope this helps.

The answer lies in the heading of yours question. Have you failed in any of yours love affair, then it may happen. Try to find a new gf, as Doctors are satisfied from the condition of yours heart, so it is psychological. As far as circulation in heart is concerned:
The coronary circulation consists of the blood vessels that supply blood to, and remove blood from, the heart muscle itself. Although blood fills the chambers of the heart, the muscle tissue of the heart, or myocardium, is so thick that it requires coronary blood vessels to deliver blood deep into the myocardium. The vessels that supply blood high in oxygen to the myocardium are known as coronary arteries. The vessels that remove the deoxygenated blood from the heart muscle are known as cardiac veins.
The coronary arteries that run on the surface of the heart are called epicardial coronary arteries. These arteries, when healthy, are capable of autoregulation to maintain coronary blood flow at levels appropriate to the needs of the heart muscle. These relatively narrow vessels are commonly affected by atherosclerosis and can become blocked, causing angina or a heart attack. (See also: circulatory system.)
The coronary arteries are classified as "end circulation", since they represent the only source of blood supply to the myocardium: there is very little redundant blood supply, which is why blockage of these vessels can be so critical.

It would help to know how old you are, whether you have any health problems, whether or not you smoke, and to know your family history. It is sometimes difficult to distinguish heart from lung symptoms, and they sometimes must be studied together - such as a CardioPulmonaryExerciseTest or CPET. These are done in a Drs office. Bear in mind that chest pain does not automatically mean that the pain is from your heart. It may be from your lungs, chest muscles, or the esophagus.

Sometimes it is hard to tell just what is causing chest pain. Is your pulse more rapid than normal? Chest pain and shortness of breath could actually be asthma. Do you have a cough?

you could just be exercising too hard and causing your heart to beat too fast...that will cause your heart to hurt a little and be short of breath......try not to get your heart rate over about 180....that should make it feel better.
