Amitriptyline hydrochloride (sold as Elavil®, Tryptanol®, Endep®, Elatrol®, Tryptizol®, Trepiline®) is a tricyclic antidepressant drug.
Valium - base durg Diazepam , marketed under brand names Valium, Stesolid, Diazemuls, Seduxen, Bosaurin, Diapam, Antenex and Apozepam) is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It possesses anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, sedative, skeletal muscle relaxant and amnestic properties.

Both Amitriptyline and Valium does not contain Nitroglycerin, and they are prescribed for sleeping. It is bad if taken frequently or regularly and the patient will get addicted in course of time.

Nitroglycerin is used medically as a vasodilator to treat heart conditions-.

Neither amitriptyline nor diazepam contain nitroglycerin, and neither is in any way related to nitroglycerin. Amitriptyline is not harmful, but it may affect libido - curiously - it may decrease or increase libido (the latter if decreased libido is due to depression which resolves with amitriptyline). The pharmacology of diazepam is exceedingly complex. I regard it as a 'dangerous' drug - and in more than 25 years of practice - I have never prescribed it. There are better options.

Not in any respect. Plendil and Enalapril are each Calcium Channel Blockers and ACE Inhibitors (antihypertensives) respectively at the same time Lovastatin is a ldl cholesterol decreasing drug. No nitroglycerines right here.

No they do not contain nitrates. Decrease in sex drive is a side effect of valium and amitriptyline.
