Yep ! Sounds good. But I like the Pho Special most where they thinnly slice all the variety meat in addition to the rare beef.

There's nothing better in this world than a good bowl of pho. However, I like mine with rare steak and well-done flank.

I like the Lime and Garlic chicken but will never go back to that cafe where I got it from. They made it for takeout and placed very little chicken in the box.

You don't have to be Vietnamese to enjoy their cuisine: love it!
I enjoy their blending of fresh herbs and vegetables. Everything I have had in Vietnamese restaurants seemed so fresh and tasty.
Pho is so wonderful and a great combo of salad in soup

me .. me .. me.. I like thin slices beef pho, garnish with some fresh mint leaves. I add fresh squeezed lime juice in the soup too. Here is a photo of beef pho http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images/view?back=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.search.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%2Fimages%3Fp%3Dpho%2B%26toggle%3D1%26cop%3Dmss%26ei%3DUTF-8%26fr%3Dyfp-t-501%26b%3D1&w=225&h=178&imgurl=www.phu-yenrestaurant.com%2Fimages%2Fpho-bowl.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.phu-yenrestaurant.com%2F&size=19.7kB&name=pho-bowl.jpg&p=pho&type=jpeg&no=2&tt=574,224&oid=a0314ca0f13f5f04&ei=UTF-8

I love it too. I don't think I'm man enough to try the tripe, tendon or tongue though. I hear it's a pain to make for just yourself.
