Simple: Breathe Easy tea or Echinecea tea
if the teas don't work fast enough use the tablet form! If you can't get the teas above
get Flu tea all these teas are done by Traditional! You can get them at most any Health food store!

Drink plenty of fluids to hydrate the secretions or mucous (nasty but true)...Take a decongestant/ antishistamine to dry up congestion..sudafed works great...Vitamin C is great prevention...
