liquid silver supplements will kill the bacteria or virus causing the problem, avoid milk products because they block absorption of vitamin C and thicken the congestion further. Also take a great multi vitamin and drink warm drinks and warm soup. the steam will soften the congestion gently without drugs, at it should relieve the pressure you feel now. email me for some more tips, I can tell you where to find high quality silver supplements inexpensively.
