This medicine is a decongestant and antihistamine commonly prescribed for nasal congestion and allergy syptoms.

histinex hc contains a cough suppressant, antihistamine, and decongestant. which means it will help stop coughing, help dry up running nose and watery eyes, and help relieve sinus pressure. also it will probally cause drowsiness, so no working/driving/alcohol with it. also don't take any other prescription or OTC cough/cold/allergy medicines along with it, because most of the OTC stuff already have antihistamines in it, and that will only add to the drowsiness. if it knocks you out too bad just take in the evenings (after work) and again about 30 mnutes before bedtime. hope this helps
