Give us details. Do you mean in restaurants? Or at home? Best answer I can give you is get a Korean friend (who knows English) and learn from him/her how to explain 'vegetarian food' in Korean restaurants. Don't make the mistake of other Indian students by hanging out with a purely Indian clique. The whole purpose of going to a foreign country is to make friends across cultures. Also see if there's a vegetarian society in your city.

There are tons of food opportunities in Korea for vegetarians. Its cuisine is very vegetarian friendly, I think. Pajeon, for example, is basically green onion pancake. Especially if you're open to seafood (I don't know if that's included on your taboo list), there's a lot of stuff that you can eat.
Here's a website with side dishes (banchan) that come out with the rice, there's a lot of vegetarian banchan, especially if it's the spring season:

And the main website has a lot of Korean dishes, you can check the recipes out yourself:

and this website as well: http://www.xanga.com/koreancooking
Hope that helps!
