Hi, I'd love to cook some real Romanian mici, however I can't make them the way they taste when you buy them from a street vender in Bucuresti . Please, if anybody knows the recipe - I would much appreciate your help. Thank you.

1 lb. ground beef; 1 lb ground pork; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1/8 tsp. ground cumin; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1/8 tsp basil; 1/4 tsp dill; 1/4 tsp parsley flakes; 2 oz. beef broth; 1 garlic clove.
Smash garlic, add beef broth and all spices. Mix thoroughly with meat. Refigerate overnight. Make sausages, then cook.
