Take an iron suppliment, Black Cohosh, and calcium, thats what I did and it worked, I got the info from a herbal remedies guide.
dont be put off by the fact that Black Cohosh is mainly a womens suppliment, men can take it too, and its a muscle relaxant, which is what you need, good luck!
you could also try Crampex, which you can get from Boots, if you are in the UK along with the other stuff above

Hi Phil, as I don't know what medication you are being prescribed by your doctor, therefore I can't give you a definite answer, but may I suggest you visit your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist if Nytol or Herbal Nytol would be suitable for you. The herbal one suits a lot more people but you still have to ask advice first. Good Luck.

Phil, ive got it too, the only remedy i find, is to read a book before going to bed,or,at least, until your eyes feel tired. It works for me and both mine have gone.

my dad and i both have it, he takes requip and it helps him, he used to beat on his legs at night cause they hurt him so bad.
