i have diabetes.
before i was diagnosed a diabetic.i urinated a lot.
i would drink a lot of water.juices.and i would urinate.
until i had to be admited.iwas told my blood sugar was 650.
i had to stay in the hospital for 3days until my sugar /colestoral
decreased then i went home.i now take insulin every day
and exercise test my sugar levels.and exercise.

your kidneys need to filter the excess sugar, it needs fluid so it pulls it from all over your body then the last step in the filter is when it expells the fluid
