ok recently my gf gave me a disease called genital herpies and now i dont know what i should do, should i break her ******* neck or what? how do i cure them so i can have sex with other ppl?

Herpes is a virus - there is no cure. You will have it for life, and it is going to change your sexual behavior.
First, if you have any symptoms - blisters on your genital area, DO NOT have any kind of sexual contact.
Second, remember that even when there are no blisters apparent, you can still pass the virus on to others - you are LESS infectious, not completely safe - so USE PROTECTION every time you have sex, and let your partners know so they can choose to have/not to have sex with you.
Make sure you keep a supply of Valtrex (acyclovir) on hand. You will probably get to know the signs of an imminent attack and can start taking the treatment immediately. This shortens the length of the attack (usually around 5 days) and also the severity. You may be able to avoid getting any sores this way.
Your doctor may also suggest taking acyclovir prophylactically to prevent outbreaks.

Heroes is not curable..you got them for LIFE ..
Go see a doctor and get on some Valtrex, it will keep your breakouts and flareups from lasting extended periods of time..
I work in health care..all I can say now is..

you have been given the gift that keeps on giving. There is no known cure. You will seep and burn and have warts till you die and no sane woman will get near you once they find out you are diseased.
You will never be able to have sex in the light of day anymore as everyone will laugh at your warty probe.

you can not cure genital warts and yes you can have sex with othe rpeople if you tell them that you have genital warts
