Eat a Halls. For the symptoms. To actually cure it, a nasal spray prescribed by a doctor is best.

If u drink with salt and water that should help a bit. There are also sprays that you can get at the pharmacy, they help too. Although one time I used the spray and my throat got worst. So use your own caution.

sometimes soar throat pain comes from strep--gargle with salt water strep hates salt.
