My boyfriend and i have looked into this very same problem. My boyfriend is an insulin dependant diabetic (type 1) It would cost a lot to get him insurance but if I just get insurance for myself, I can add him onto it. it would be about $200 more a month to add him on the plan. This was more or less off the record;)

I'm diabetic and more than likely you're not going to get insurance. Your options are go through your job to get healthcare or look online to see what your state offers for high risk patients.

You most likely won't, my first wife died of Diabetes

I think you can have you tried like a finacial aide service..kinda like schip for children..
